Earn graduate credit after the training
University of Massachusetts Global is the university behind the credit, and it is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC). A teacher who signs up can earn up to four graduate-level semester credits per seminar, though nobody is required to.
Signing up starts at the end of the training, when the registration forms come out. The credit fee goes directly to UMass Global and is kept separate from the cost of the training.
Within six months, a teacher finishes a follow-up practicum in their own classroom and the credit is awarded. Questions about credit can go to Brad Van Patten at brad@bradvanpatten.com or 949-351-9701.
